A service of the Indiana State Library, the Indiana Talking Book and Braille Library (TBBL) provides free library service to residents of Indiana who cannot use standard printed materials due to a visual, physical, or reading disability. Muncie Public Library does not administer this service, however our librarians can help eligible individuals apply.

Use the catalog to view the location and availability of items in the library collection. Sign in to your library account to place a hold, view current loans, renew items, pay fees, and more.
All library locations offer print services. Black and White printing is $0.15 per page and color printing is $0.30 per page.

Library items owned by Muncie Community Schools, Motivate Our Minds, Burris Laboratory School, and Inspire Academy are in a shared online catalog (union catalog). Materials are shared between partners.
Are you a student in need of a test proctor? We offer proctoring by appointment at Maring-Hunt Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
