Purpose of Meeting
My name is Janelle Keglar, and I am the member advocate/nondiscrimination coordinator for Humana Pathways. I will work with members, informal caregivers, and advocacy groups to provide education and gain feedback. The goal of the committee is to make sure the members' voice is being heard and Humana is providing the best service to the member. To make sure we reach all our members across the state of Indiana, I will be hosting the committee meetings in different locations throughout the state at least 4 times a quarter. We will have about 15-20 individuals present. There will be presentations and education provided to all of the individuals present and will be offered virtually as well for those who are not present.
