Join us at Bracken House* during Women's Week for a local history panel presentation about dress codes and the fashions of American women's history. This program will discuss the intricate connection between fashion and women’s history, including some remarkable Muncie women. Dr. Diana Saiki, Professor of Fashion Industry Studies, will display fashions from the Mary Beeman Historic Costumes collection while presenters describe how women's fashion was a key part of making history.
