Muncie Public Library welcomes those arriving in Muncie that have been displaced from their homes recently. Afghani refugees can receive a Resident Borrower library card by providing the following:

• A letter from MARRC (Muncie Afghan Refugee Resettlement Committee) with the name and address they are currently living
• Photo ID
