Those aged 18+ with a valid library card in good standing may borrow one kit at a time. Kits check out for 28 days and may be renewed if there is no waitlist.

About the Memory Caregiver Kits

Memory Caregiver Kits were curated to provide supportive information and encourage wellbeing for dementia patients and their caregivers. Each kit includes a different selection of books, puzzles, and games.

While supplies last, individuals who borrow Memory Caregiver Kits will also receive a Keepsake Packet courtesy of LifeStream Services, Inc. Keepsake Packets include a journal, fidget toy, forget-me-not seeds, beach ball conversation game, and a variety of highly-relevant resource guide pamphlets. Borrowers, please be sure to complete the enclosed survey to share your feedback!
